Most of our in-stock tropical shirt sizes are Men’s (S – 3XL), Ladies (S – XXL)
Some shirts we can offer specially made-to-order sizes: Men’s (XS, 4XL, 6XL, 8XL), Ladies (XS, 3XL)
These special sizes are subject to cutting fees and a pricing surcharge.
Men’s and Ladies' apparel are normally available from sizes s – 4XL but can vary from item to item.

What are your product delivery times?
In-stock blank items usually ship within 48 hours.
Logoed items normally take about 10 to 15 business days to ship depending on approval times.
Special orders: 15 to 180 days - depending on the item, custom logo, fabric, preproduction samples, and time of the year.
Please give us a call for more information about our shipping times and shipping costs.

Do you offer custom logos on your products?
Yes, we do offer custom logos on certain products only. Please contact Apparelstar for minimums, set-up fees, and a quote per item today!
Note that customers are to supply camera-ready artwork in the exact colors of the logo they want.

What are your terms and pricing?
All stock items, logoed items and cut & sew apparel are to be PREPAID IN FULL with the purchase order.
Orders under 10 pieces per item - $14.00(p) under minimum fee per PO will apply.
Special orders: 50% Non-Refundable Deposit / Balance Due Prior to Delivery.
No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges on special orders or logoed items (Does not apply to items received in a damaged condition).
Items received in a damaged condition must be reported to ApparelStar America within 48 hours.
